Lifetime Bio 

Teria Morada of Azucar Picante ENT is an international artist bringing the best in fusion entertainment. Known as a true Latin Fusionista, she is a professional singer, lyricist, dancer, and choreographer. Her impressive credits include being a 3x Canadian Latin Music Award recipient, a former two-time Junior Canadian Rhythmic Gymnastics Champion and National Team Member, and a multiple-time Latin Dance ChampioIn 2025, Teria released a theatrical Urban Tango produced by  William Dinero called “Tango 1923” and  “Dulce Amarga” with BenAnthony LaVoz followed by “Summer Soulsa” with Joe Philly, all songs are available on all major platforms. Summer Soulsa climbed to #13 on the Apple Music Latin charts in Canada, showcasing her versatility and continued impact. This song is the anthem for the “Summer Soulsa Caribbean Festival” in Fredericton, New Brunswick, where she was celebrated as one of the main headliners for the fifth consecutive year — and for the first time, stepped into a hosting role by co-hosting the festival’s closing day.

That same year, her artistry was recognized beyond her music. She received the Giving Thanks Recognition Certificate from Likeminded Positive Connections, an Indian-Canadian organization in conjunction  with the Provincial Parliament of Brampton East. In addition, she earned 2nd place among the Top 20 Latin Artists nominated by Voz de la Comunidad CHHA 1610 AM radio.

In 2024, she made waves with the “Bon Voyage” T & A SalsaCation remix” released in six languages and co-produced by Alonso Mendez and Mr. David (David Labrada). The track hit #1 on Apple iTunes’ Top 100 Latin Songs in Canada, marking a career milestone. She followed up with “Baddie”, a pop anthem embraced by young audiences, and its high-energy EDM remix by Alonso Mendez.

In 2023, Teria released the original “Bon Voyage” with Alonso Mendez, featuring five-time Juno Award winner Choclair, through Underbite Records. The EDM remix soared to #1 on DJ Life Mag’s National Latin Dance Poole charts, gaining wide attention. That same year, she and her collaborators were featured on Breakfast Television, CP24, Occhi Magazine, Too Opinionated Podcast, and RadioNotas, among others.

Previously Teria was added to the official remix of  “Pon Fire” with Matt U. Johnson, Karl Wolf and Snoop Dogg!

On Halloween 2022, Teria’s Single “TT Cobra” was played on the Satellite Radio show, Caliente 158 on SiriusXM by DJ Kito & Johnni El Picoso for the first time. A milestone for Teria as it's her favourite station for years.

Teria’s first solo album “Aries” came out on her birthday 4/6/2021. It includes several  collaborations with TJ Habibi, Sensei Música, William Dinero, Joelle Sahar, BenAnthony LaVoz, Juan de Sedas, SLuv, MM6eatz, El Cata, Sahab Habibi and Denis Nisim.

In the summer of 2020, she co-wrote an international collaboration “Tranqui” with Venezuelan Artist Rub Amaya and Venezuelan Natives, Producers Axel (Spain) & Jeizer (Netherlands) and also co-written by Joe Philly (USA).  Tranqui is a Spanglish pop/dance/reggaeton fusion released via record label in Spain, Addicting Records. 

Another release for Teria in 2020 was “Boom Boom Boom” a duet with El Cata “Ratata” (writer and featured artist in Shakira’s Loca and Rabiosa, Spanish versions). 

In the summer of 2019,  Teria Morada and BenAnthony LaVoz joined forces for a project (a.k.a. artist name “TEN’) and went on their first media tour in The Dominican Republic. “TEN” recorded  “Beat that Drum” (Sheldon SLuv Moore) & “SoloS” (Juan De Sedas) among several other collaborations. These two were also part of the opening act for Bad Bunny in  August 2019 with El Norte, a collaboration with 3 other local, latin artists in Toronto which recorded and released this reggaeton/trap latino track to commemorate the Toronto Raptors win which also won them, 2 Canadian-Latin Music awards. 

In the fall of 2019, Teria’s single “Zarandeo” produced by MedyLandia was released. One of her personal favourites. It held the #1 spot in Canada, 22 weeks consecutively on independent artist site Number One Music and still comes out #1 periodically through the years. It was also #1 in Canada on ReverbNation for 5 weeks followed by another release in 3 languages “Tudo Bem Tudo Bom” (Portuguese, Spanish, English). Produced by:(MMBeatz/TJ Habibi) also hit #1 on N1M. For 4 months straight in 2024, Tudo Bem returned as Teria’s most popular song on Spotify.

Teria was deemed the 2017 Entertainer of the year by KAHAN Productions and the Latino-Canadian Community and was nicknamed Canada's Jennifer Lopez. 

Teria aka “Miss TT”or “TT Loca” began training at the age of 3 and is proficient in Salsa and all types of Cuban & Latin dance styles, Samba, Belly dance, Bollywood, Jazz,  Ballet, Afro, Reggaeton, Hip Hop, Modern and Persian dances and has performed and taught workshops all over the world since her teens. 

Teria was based in North Hollywood, California 2002-2013 and then briefly in Guadalajara, Mexico before returning to her hometown of Toronto permanently in 2014.

A Toyota dealership and Jamun Media in Toronto cast this triple threat to sing their brands jingle, dance in, choreograph and cast 20 dancers in their commercial. 

Teria also choreographs for dancers and gymnasts all over the world from beginner to Olympic and World professional levels. This includes Canada’s Rhythmic Gymnastics 2012 Olympic team. 

A classical indian dance school “Dizoja” certified Teria as a pioneer of Bollywood and Bhangra in Guadalajara, Mexico. 

In September 2016, she starred as Almaza in the musical "Follow your Heart",  a love story of taboo and tradition, alongside many of her dance company members within 50 cast mates. Teria danced in 16 pieces and choreographed 8 in this production and was an integral part of the casting team. Her original song “Takin’ Me Higher '' was also featured in the musical.

Choreographer of Belly/Reggaeton fusion for the World Renowned Bellydance Superstars by Miles Copeland (former Manager of Sting/The Police). 

Alongside “Making Moves Universal” founder,  Dr. Niraj Mehta, they co-choreographed and danced in the award winning short film “Bollywood Invasion” by Shaan Dasani.

In Tony Plana’s “Romeo and Juliet” The Pachuco Version, Teria was dance captain and lead dancer, Rosalina Gomez alongside actor Kurt Caceres (Prison Break, Sons of Anarchy, General Hospital, Threat Matrix) Kurt also Cameo’d in Teria’s music video “Mi Vida Mi Amor”. 

Teria has also opened for Bad Bunny, JenCarlos Canela, Prince Royce and Plan B-(with La Revolucion Musical), Los Adolecentes, DLG, Gilberto Santarosa and Grupo Niche. 

She has also shared the stage with Bollywood stars, Mallika Sherwat and Nargis Fakhri,

Armenian/Lebanese star Robert Chilingirian, Algerian star Cheb Khaled and Iranian mega stars, KamyaR, Black Cats, Mansour, Mohamed Khordadian, Farshid Amin, Andy Madadian, Pouya, Afshin, David Behboodi, Shore and Shahram Solati, Max Amini, Leila F. and Toronto’s own Sahab Habibi! 

Teria was also part of the Los Rumberos dance company in Los Angeles and partnered with Francisco Vazquez, the pioneer of LA style salsa as well as with actor/dancers Al Coronel (Wolverine sequel Logan, Man with a plan , Lucifer) and original Power Ranger, Walter E. Jones and Hollywood stylist, Fromer Salsa Brava member, Willie Watana. 

 was part of Latin Urban trío Latin Supremo Allstars (LSA) cerca 2008 and played many club gigs in Los Angeles as well as vocal features for several hip hop artists from Blunt Ent. Records West. Teria And Alexander Perls co-wrote club track “Salvador” that was later remixed into 7 versions by Dion Mavath (Indo/Australian Dj based in Dubai) along with several top DJs and it made it to #1 in several countries and a Sound Cloud top,10. It was also on an official Ibiza album and approximately 25 other house music compilations. 

In her earlier years, Teria was inducted in the Vaughan Sports hall of fame for Rhythmic Gymnastics.  

T.V. commercial credits include several for local dance clubs,  Sears, Kool-Aid, Eastside Mario’s and Ontario tourism.  

In theatre, Lead dancer/singer for the Tropicana Cuban Cabaret (Canada edition, “Havana Nights” hosted by Ismael Cala- CNN Español and Myrna Kahan)  Mambo de la Noche was a spin off show that she was also in. Teria got her start in Cuban Cabaret as a teen in TropiCuba show at the legendary Lime Light  dinner theatre. 

2 Canadian tours with Artist SNOW (Informer/Con Calma), live shows and music videos as part of The Papichulo Crew.
